# Acira: super secure agentic browsing > Acira is a security-first agentic browser. Give agents the access they need to work, with enforceable control over what they can see, change, send, buy, delete and access across your accounts and devices. Early access starts on Windows. An agent can finish the task and still do something you never wanted. It buys when you asked it to compare, sends the draft before you approved it, or uses the wrong account. Acira keeps authority over the consequences with you. ## How it works 1. Connect only what it needs. Give the task the accounts, tabs and files it actually needs. Nothing else is in reach. 2. Set the boundaries. Decide what is allowed, what needs your approval and what is blocked, for how long and across which accounts. 3. Let it work. The agent gets on with the task. Acira checks every consequential action against your rules while it runs. 4. Approve and verify. Approve the exact commitment, then see what happened, which rule applied and what was observed. ## Boundaries: rules the agent can't talk its way past Write rules in plain words. Acira checks each action against them outside the agent's reasoning, so a website or a clever prompt can't change them. Example rules: - Never send confidential files outside the organisation (all accounts): block. - Use checkout pages, but never enter the security code or place the order (personal): block. - Prepare emails, then ask before sending; show recipient, attachments and content (work mail): ask. - Any purchase, with a shared limit of $300 a week across all agents (personal): ask. - Compare prices and read reviews on any shopping site (personal): allow. - Read supplier invoices for this task, until it finishes (client account, expires with the task): allow. What boundaries cover: - Control over fields and buttons. Let the agent fill in a form without letting it submit. Protect a single field, a button or an effect. - Scoped and expiring access. Give each task only the access it needs, for as long as it needs it. Rules apply per workspace, account, agent or task. - Limits that add up. Budgets hold across parallel agents, accounts and retries, so running more agents never adds up to more permission. ## Exact approvals: approve the exact action You see the account, recipient, amount and attachments before anything is committed. If a detail changes, the approval no longer counts. - From the browser or your phone. Review a request wherever you are and approve or deny it there. - Bound to the details. A changed recipient, file or amount needs a new decision. - Expires on its own. Old approvals can't be reused for something new. ## Quarantine: unfamiliar buttons are tested first Acira tries an unknown action in a contained copy, records what it would change, then checks again live before anything happens for real. - Contained rehearsal. The action runs where its effects stop at the boundary. - Evidence, not guesses. Findings, conditions and gaps come back for you to see. - A separate live check. A good result in quarantine never overrides a rule. ## Accounts and data: every account stays in its own lane Personal and work profiles keep separate sessions and rules. Reading a file never means the agent may send it anywhere. - Isolated profiles. Several identities, even on the same service, switched only when you allow it. - Control over where information goes. Limit which accounts, people, sites and models can receive what the agent reads. - Credentials stay protected. Sessions are used under control, without handing the agent your secrets. ## Agent status: you always know what the agent is doing A small dot matrix in the tab shows whether the agent is working, reading, waiting for you or paused, so you never have to open a panel to check. - Working: planning the next step or acting on a page. - Reading: opening tabs and pulling out what matters. - Needs you: a boundary was reached and a decision is waiting. - Paused: stopped where it is until you resume or take over. ## Everything around the agent The controls that make delegation safe enough to use with real accounts, every day. - Works on new sites. Rules recognise checkouts, inboxes and forms on sites you have never set up. - Survives redesigns. When a page changes, protected actions are checked again before the agent carries on. - Verified outcomes. If a result is unclear, Acira confirms what happened before anything is tried again. - Pause, take over, stop. Step in, take control or withdraw access at any point in a run. - Approvals on your phone. Requests reach you wherever you are, with every detail you need to decide. - Full audit trail. See what happened, which account was used and which rule allowed or blocked it. - Policy backtesting. Check how a new rule would have changed your past runs before you publish it. - Keeps going in the cloud. Supported tasks keep running when your laptop is closed. - Phone files. Let the agent use one specific file from your phone, and nothing else on it. - Your choice of processing. Local, self-hosted or managed, with clear model destinations. - SDK, headful or headless. Bring Acira's controls to the agents you build yourself. - Chrome extension. Add supported protections to the browser you already use. ## Who it is for For people: individuals, developers and small teams who already use agents and want to hand them real tasks (purchases, subscriptions, messages, files and phone) with practical controls and no security degree required. - Compare and buy, without the agent paying alone. - Draft replies, sent only when you say so. - Keep personal and work accounts apart. For companies: teams running agents on consequential work in procurement, finance, operations, support and administration. Shared rules, account boundaries, controlled commitments, approvals by the right person and evidence of what every agent did. - Owner, operator, approver and viewer roles. - Limits shared across every agent and retry. - An audit trail for each run. ## The promise Delegate without wondering what your agent might be doing behind your back. It works inside your rules, asks at a boundary and stops when you say. ## Get started Let the agent do the work, within rules you can enforce.
